The UCLA Health Marketing and Communications teams work with clinical and academic departments to promote our services and specialties. We provide approved copy and creative assets to help you communicate with patients, faculty and staff, as well as the greater LA community.

This page will help you locate the information you're looking for and walk you through how to submit a marketing request in our new project management system, Workfront. Please click on the below items to be re-directed to a different page that contains this information.

Submit a marketing or web update request

All new marketing requests should be entered into Workfront. This will allow us to track the status of the request, and provide a realistic timeframe for when you can expect us to review and complete your request. You should receive an initial response in 2-5 business days.

If you do not have UCLA Mednet credentials, you'll first need to request a Workfront account. Send an email to John Schwebke with your first and last name, email address. When you have an account, you can login and make your request here.

Please note: Unplanned marketing efforts will likely need to be paid for by the requesting department. Please be prepared to submit an FAU with your request.

Submit an internal communications or media relations request
